At Universal Resource Recovery Inc. (URRI), our mission is to produce a product – not just process waste. After an exhaustive review, the Transform Compost System was selected as our supplier/partner.

In our 425,000 square foot building, 16 360 foot channels will house organic waste for 28 days; the mixture will be turned as needed and constantly aerated in order to refine the composting processes. The compost will then been aerated in bunkers for another 60 days. The advanced screening will remove plastics and other material which is not compostible will result in a quality product.

The Transform System and Screening systems can accommodate, without compromising compost quality, animal waste, plastic bags, kitty litter, diapers, and sanitary products.

URRI will begin to receive and process material in August 2008.
