Lisa Hay, Environmental Compliance Officer

Being born and raised in the Niagara Region, Lisa Hay is excited and willing to give back to her community following the completion of her education experience through Brock University and Niagara College.  As the Environmental Compliance Officer at Universal Resource Recovery, since early March 2010, Lisa Hay brought with her extensive knowledge and hands-on experience after successfully graduating from the Environmental Management and Assessment program offered through Niagara College.  Ms. Hay’s work in the community began at the Welland Hospital in 2009 where she completed an internship which involved implementing and improving the recycling program throughout the hospital.  She continues to actively involve herself in the community, on behalf of Universal Resource at the Hope Centre, helping those in need by donating large amounts of fresh vegetables all grown with the nutrient rich compost produced by the company.
