Gerald Patt, General Manager of URRI brings over 2 decades of experience in the Waste Management Industry in jurisdictions across North America.  A career that combines business development and operational excellence, Gerald brings to URRI experience in operational start-ups and capital expansions. 

Gerald has taken URRI’s project in Welland from initial technical and commercial feasibility assessment through to operational start-up and operation.  Since opening in September 2008, Gerald has also cultivated and maintained business alliances with major Ontario municipalities bringing them a market competitive waste diversion option.

Building strong and lasting community relationships is at the forefront of his efforts today, ensuring ongoing discussion and dialogue with URRI’s neighbors, municipality, regional and provincial governments.
