Register a complaint – Call us first!

If you have a complaint we want to hear about it.  The only way we get better is if we know when there may be a problem.

Let us know, either by clicking here to fill out a complaint form or call us at 905-323-3350.

We’re obligated to inform the Ministry of Environment whenever a formal complaint is made, and to inform them of the action we’re taking to investigate and address the potential problem.

We also want to keep you informed of how we’re dealing with potential issues you’ve identified.

If you feel you need to contact the Ministry of the Environment directly, call the Spills Action Centre at 1-800-268-6060.  They will report the call to us and we will investigate the concern and report back to them.
