URR’s Commitment to Our Neighbours

Being a good neighbor is important to us at Universal Resource Recovery.  As an industrial facility with neighbours nearby we know that our process can affect our neighbours.  We at URR are determined to work through issues as they arise and that means keeping the lines of communication open.  It means honesty, transparency, and trust.

To keep the community and our neighbours informed about information regarding our facility, to build trust and mutual understanding, Universal Resource Recovery hosts regular Neighbourhood Liaison Committee meetings. These meetings help to ensure two way dialogues between us and our neighbours.  It lets our neighbours share any concerns they may have, ask questions and gives us all a chance to get to know each other better.
